Jenn Olevitch-Roberson

Jenn started the Raleigh office of The Chambers Group in the fall of 2015. In her role as partner, Jenn oversees the strategic  direction, business development and operations of the Raleigh office. Since opening the office, she has grown the team to 5  brokers with a focus exclusively on Retail Landlord and Tenant representation.

Prior to joining The Chambers Group, Jenn spearheaded the redevelopment of the 200,000sf Waverly Place in Cary. During her time with RP Realty Partners she played a  critical role in the rebranding of the iconic Cary, North Carolina  property completing repositioning the property and garnering the owners a $30M return on their 6-year investment.

Prior to her position with RP Realty Partners she served as the director of leasing for Hunter & Associates a full-service retail brokerage firm for eight years where she was responsible for business development and leasing of what came to be an expansive portfolio of more than 60 centers. Early in her career, she focused on retail leasing for 2 years with Konover Property Trust as a leasing executive for properties in North and South Carolina. Jenn was instrumental in the lease-up of Charleston’s first lifestyle center Mt. Pleasant Town Center.

Over the course of her 20 years as a retail specialist, Jenn has completed in excess of $150 million in leasing and sales  transactions accounting for more than 1.5 million square feet. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
