Elliot Sheridan

Elliot Sheridan is joining The Chambers Group after a successful three year run at NAI Piedmont Triad in Greensboro, NC. Establishing himself at NAI, Elliot made connections with national and regional retail players working on off market retail transactions throughout the state of North Carolina. He has an expertise in identifying redevelopment opportunities and creating value for his clients, such as leasing properties to corporate credit retailers while a property is still under contract.

Elliot also works in the industrial space, specializing in hard-to-find niche properties such as those with fenced yards or identifying purchase opportunities for businesses in areas with extremely low inventory, such as the 10,000-50,000 SF building size range.

Passion fuels Elliot’s drive to work in commercial real estate and he enjoys the thrill of working with clients and forging genuine relationships.

Elliot won the Triad Business Journal Award for most Retail Sales in the Piedmont Triad in 2019 and has been mentioned in the Business Journal many times for notable transactions.
